This Privacy Policy applies to Jenny and John Phare’s use of any and all data collected in relation to (1) the use of our website, (2) email correspondence, and (3) the use of services provided by Jenny Phare.

When you accept our quote, you provide consent for us to use your personal information so we can provide you with the best possible service/s. If we need to use your information for anything else, we will seek additional consent from you to do this.

To complete our work, we need at least your name (first and last only) and your address.

In the case of visits and remote/long distance clearing and healing, we cannot do this work without a name and address, so it is impractical to do so].

Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first phone contact or email correspondence with Jenny Phare. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop correspondence immediately.

Subscription to our ‘Contemplation for Today’.

Jenny Phare contacts her clients regularly by means of her ‘Contemplation for Today,’ an inspirational quote or message; delivered, usually, three days per week. Jenny Phare will inform new clients of this arrangement, offering them the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Contact possibility via the website

The website of Jenny Phare contains information that enables communication, which also includes a general e-mail address. If a person contacts Jenny Phare by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject are automatically stored. Such personal data is transmitted on a voluntary basis and is only stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.
